First spy shot of the new ATS?

burlappcars.com has published this clear spy shot of what appears to be a smaller-than-CTS sedan only slightly disguised.
This appears to me to be a very far along ATS sedan.
Given that the alpha-chassis ATS is supposed to be a 2012 model, it is reasonable to expect that this car would need to be all but done now in order to see production in early 2011.
I’m liking what I see.
