Cadillac sending dealers to Ritz-Carlton customer service classes

GM and Cadillac are sending their dealers to a course offered by Ritz-Carlton in an effort to improve their customer service skills.

Recognized by many to have some of the best customer experience skills in business, Ritz-Carlton offers this seminar as a service for companies looking to improve/learn how to treat the public.

Cadillac will be sending their dealers to this course over the course of the next several months.
